Our football academy helps more than 35 boys grow in discipline, confidence, and resilience.

At Mashujaa in the Making, our football academy is more than just a place to play. With over 35 boys between the ages of 12 and 17 training twice a week, we use sports as a tool to promote discipline, teamwork, and personal growth.
“Football is not just about winning matches — it’s about teamwork, resilience, and personal growth.”
Recently, we enrolled one of our teams in a local tournament. With determination, effort, and strong team spirit, the boys went all the way and won the championship. Their victory was celebrated not only with medals but also with pride for the hard work they put into every training session.
As we celebrate their success on the pitch, we also recognize the importance of education. With exams now taking place across schools, training has paused for a short while. Once the school holidays begin, our academy will return stronger, ready to continue building skills and character both in football and in life.
The football academy reflects the values of Mashujaa in the Making — resilience, hope, and community. In a safe and supportive environment, children grow together, building both their skills on the field and confidence in life.
